Swatched Beauty Inc. uses virtual facial scanning technology to collect, capture, store, use, receive, or
otherwise obtain a scan of your face or data derived from your facial geometry ("biometric data") solely to
provide personalized beauty recommendations.
Important: Our facial analysis and recommendations are for cosmetic use only. They do not diagnose, treat,
or provide medical advice. For any skin or health concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional.
Your biometric data is:

Deleted within 30 days of account closure, but no later than 3 years from your last interaction with us
- Never sold, leased, or monetized in any way
- Encrypted and access-restricted
- Shared only with vendors contractually bound to keep it secure

- Refusing consent will disable scan-based features
- You must be 16 years or older to use these features
