Important: Our facial analysis and recommendations are for cosmetic use only. They do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. For any skin or health concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional.
Your biometric data is:
- Deleted within 30 days of account closure, but no later than 3 years from your last interaction with us
- Never sold, leased, or monetized in any way
- Encrypted and access-restricted
- Shared only with vendors contractually bound to keep it secure
Your rights:
- You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@swatched.com
- Refusing consent will disable scan-based features
- You must be 16 years or older to use these features
